Amyjune was here

Spent yesterday in the hospital thanks to a mass of cysts on my ovary and a kidney stone. Im much too busy for this!

People really need to relax. If it is a joke, don’t make a big deal about it. Way to work yourself into a big ball of stress over the holidays. Play some music, have some cocoa and CALM DOWN!

Endometriosis + cramps = someone please kill me.
I hate my life once a day each month.

Grocery shopping night. Gonna try out some different ideas this week. Time to make the list!

People need to return messages if they want to be taken seriously.

Such a fun weekend! Bachelor/ Bachelorette party friday night at Dicks last resort and the shout house in gas lamp followed by 2 hours sleep at the st james hotel. Brunch and ikea, then Disneyland gay days, overnight in anaheim, another half day at disneyland, bbq mexican style with friends and home. sleep was awesome last night!

I don’t care for any sort of animal print. Not on clothes, home decor, etc.

I prefer it on animals.

And when have you ever seen a zebra or leopard covered in sequins??

I never have so I am unsure why designers would choose to make clothes like that.

aka “The Best Stuff Ever” in my house.
Ingredients:Streusel Topping (recipe follows)2 Cups original bisquick2/3 Cup milk3 TBSP. sugar1 large egg2 medium cooking apples, peeled & thinly sliced2 TBSP. chopped walnutsGlaze (recipe follows)Streusel Topping:
2/3 Cup original bisquick, 2/3 Cup packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg, 1/4 Cup firm butter or margarine (65% veg. oil or more)Mix first 4 ingredients. Cut in butter with pasty blender until mixture is crumbly.
*Note: You don’t need a pastry blender, you can “cut in” the butter by using two knives or a fork & knife. You basically just need to make the pieces of butter small, so it melts well with the rest of the mixture.
Glaze:1/2 Cup powdered sugar, 2-3 TBSP. milk
Mix ingredients together until smooth enough to drizzle.Directions:Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom & sides of pan (9x9). Make streusel topping and set aside. Stir milk, sugar & egg until blended. Spread 1/2 of the batter in the bottom of pan. Arrange apple slices on batter; sprinkle with 1/2 of the streusel topping. Spread remaining batter over apples and sprinkle with the rest of the streusel topping. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cool 20 minutes; drizzle with glaze.
